Founded by Hector Cruz, a United States Marine Corps combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan and an electrical engineer, American Grill began with a simple mission: bring great food and exceptional service to New York City.

Today, American Grill has evolved into a veteran-owned food and beverage enterprise specializing in government contracting, institutional meal programs, restaurant dining, catering, event management, and hospitality operations.

From serving government agencies and public institutions to hosting memorable celebrations at The Views and supporting businesses through Bid Bridge Advisory, American Grill combines military discipline, operational excellence, and culinary expertise to deliver results.
